Eggers/M & M Construction provided turnkey site work services that included clearing, grubbing, erosion control, grading, storm drainage consisting of 3 detention systems, water/sewer utilities and all site-work concrete. 110,000 cubic yards of dirt exported from site.
University Highlands Student Apartments
Boone, NC
University Highlands is a student housing apartment complex with clubhouse, walking trails, recreation facility and other amenities located on Hwy 105. Eggers Construction provided clearing, erosion control, mass grading of 50 acres, rock removal, water/sewer utilities. Site included dirt export of 135,000 cubic yards along with storm drainage consisting of two detention systems.
The Vista's at Banner Elk
Banner Elk, NC
The Vista’s at Banner Elk is a 30 acre private development located off of Beech Mountain Parkway that consists of luxury mountain condos. Eggers Construction provided turnkey site work services including clearing and grubbing, erosion control, rock removal, grading, storm drainage, all underground utilities, paving, all site-work concrete. Site included 150,000 gallon concrete water storage tank and booster pump station. 130,000 cubic yards of dirt exported off-site.
