William Lenoir Middle School is a 30 acre site located on Hwy 64/90. Eggers/M & M Construction provided turnkey site work services including demo, clearing, erosion control, temporary seeding, matting, permanent seeding, grading, storm drainage, roof drainage, site water and sewer, detention pond with clay liner, road work at Hwy 90, all site concrete including courtyards, trench drains and gravel fire lanes. 275,000 cubic yards of dirt moved onsite.

Chestnut Ridge at Blowing Rock

Blowing Rock, NC

Chestnut Ridge at Blowing Rock is a 20 acre site with an 87,500 square foot post-acute care facility. Eggers/M & M Construction provided turnkey site work services including clearing, demo, erosion control, temporary seeding, matting, permanent seeding, grading (rough & fine), rock removal, storm drainage, roof drains, site water, site sewer, bio detention ponds, all site concrete including courtyards, curb/gutter/sidewalks and back-fill. 60,000 yards of dirt moved onsite and removed 6,000 cubic yards of rock. Building pad turned over in 45 days.

Trinity Ridge Lutheran Home West

Hickory, NC

Trinity Ridge Lutheran Home West is a senior living community located off Hwy 127. Eggers/M & M Construction’s site work services including clearing, erosion control, grading, water/sewer installation. Storm drainage included installation of bio retention pond and roof drains. Site is approximately 12 acres that included 20,000 cubic yards of dirt moved making it a balanced site.

May School of Nursing

Banner Elk, NC

The May School of Nursing Building is an 18,000 sf facility located in Downtown Banner Elk on Main Street on the campus of Lees McRae College. Eggers/M & M Construction services included clearing, erosion control, site related demo, temporary seeding, grading, fine grading, back fill at curbs and walks, grading for walks, all import of fill, storm drainage, utilities, stone import and preparation of building pad.

Freedom Trail Elementary & Cranberry Middle School

Elk Park, NC

Freedom Trail Elementary/Cranberry Middle School is located off Hwy 19E and serves K-8th grades. Eggers Construction provided mass grading of the 17 acre site. Other services included clearing, erosion control, storm drainage, water and sewer installation, seeding and building pad preparation. 95,000 cubic yards of dirt moved onsite.
